Job Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and advanced practice certification
• At least 1 year of experience in orthopedic surgery, orthopedic care, or a related specialty preferred
• Board certification eligible or board certified
• BLS certification required
• Experience supporting hand, joint, and sports medicine patients preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage a steady outpatient patient load

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced practice support for orthopedic surgery patients in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with hand, joint, and sports-related conditions
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the medical record
• Support continuity of care across the orthopedic service line
• Maintain a patient-centered approach in a fast-paced specialty setting
