• Patient Volume: Approximately 30 patient encounters per shift
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $9,030 - $10,690
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
• Board Certification: Not required
• Required Certification: BLS

Physician Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of physician experience preferred
• Experience in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation or inpatient rehab medicine
• Ability to manage a busy inpatient rehabilitation census
• Comfort supervising advanced practice providers (APPs)
• Strong collaboration skills for interdisciplinary, team-based care
• Ability to lead team conferences and coordinate patient care plans
• Medical management experience required
• Fellowship training preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for a primarily neurologic patient population, including stroke and traumatic brain injury (TBI)
• Supervise 3-4 APPs and support a coordinated rehab care team
• Lead team conferences and contribute to comprehensive care planning
• Manage a robust consultation service with 25-40 patients
• Deliver high-quality medical management for complex rehabilitation patients
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery and functional progress
• Maintain a strong focus on efficient, patient-centered inpatient care
