Hospital Accountant Job Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Proven experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger support
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting practices
• Experience using accounting software, including Infor, preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and dedication to quality work

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations accurately and in a timely manner
• Support day-to-day accounting operations within a hospital and healthcare environment
• Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy of accounting data

• Collaborate with internal teams during onsite workdays and manage responsibilities independently in a hybrid setting
