Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the practicing state
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience required
• Recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience preferred
• Strong telemetry monitoring, cardiac monitoring, and acute care assessment skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, patient-focused healthcare environment
• Excellent communication, organization, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Tele setting
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to telemetry data and changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document care accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic care environment
