Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,090-$2,200
• Location: Cape May Court House, New Jersey
• Healthcare Setting: Emergency Room / Emergency Department
• Start Date: 7/7/2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Flex shifts including 7a-7p, 11a-11p, and 3p-3a
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Emergency Room RN Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room Registered Nurse experience required
• Current and active New Jersey RN license
• EPIC experience required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Current PALS certification
• ATCN or TNCC required
• Current flu vaccination required

Emergency Nursing Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment, triage, and emergency nursing care for patients with a wide range of acute conditions and injuries
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform interventions in accordance with Emergency Department protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support timely and effective treatment plans
• Accurately document patient care, assessments, and outcomes in EPIC electronic health records
• Respond efficiently in high-pressure situations while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and quality care
• Support patient and family education throughout the emergency care experience
