Locum to Perm Anesthesiologist Opportunity in Georgia

June Dates are: 15th, 19th, 25th, 26th, 29th
July Dates are: 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 16th, 20th, 23rd, 27th, 30th

Types of cases: All ENT and Cosmetic cases - all ages. 
Number of ORs: 2 total ORs; 
# of MDAs daily (Supervised or not Supervised): 1 MDA needed; MDA will supervise and perform cases
Board Certified: Yes, certification is required. Please do not send me a presentation unless the Anesthesiologist is board certified.
# of CRNAs daily: 1
# of Surgeons: 6
# of cases per day: 10-15 cases per day; this number could fluctuate from day to day
Podiatry - are blocks required: no podiatry
Ortho - are blocks required: no ortho
OB Required (epidurals): No OB
Weekday hours: 7:30 AM - 5PM; sometimes the start time can be a little earlier or a little later
Weekend hours: No weekends
Call: No call
Call hours: No call
Charting - EMR Or Paper: Hybrid - both EMR and Paper
Credentialing timeframe: ASAP up to 30 days
Credentialing type: All credentials will be emailed to Theresa Floyd and she will review and send to the facility

Rates: as close to $400 per hour as possible. We will reimburse mileage and lodging.
Perm Rate: $2500/hr, $300/hr after 40 hours
